What happens during onboarding?
A real person works with you to understand your business, connect the tools you use, and put your starting workflows in place. Bring your services, scheduling preferences, customer FAQs, and the names of the people who should receive approvals or escalations.
You do not need a finished playbook. We help gather the details, agree on the rules, and test the initial workflows together before they go live.
When should I use chat, Otto, or a ticket?
Ask OE, the chat on this site, helps with general questions about OtherEighty, setup, and how the team works. You can start a conversation without logging in.
Otto is your Chief of Staff inside your signed-in workspace. Use that conversation for guidance about the work you are doing. For an account issue or something our support team needs to investigate, log in to request help.
How do I sign in to my workspace?
Go to app.othereighty.ai/login and use the email address or sign-in method associated with your OtherEighty account. If you are joining a business through an invitation, start with the invitation link your team sent you.
For email sign-in, check your inbox for the sign-in link and open the most recent message. If you cannot find it, check spam or junk, confirm the email address, and request a new link. If you are still stuck, contact hello@othereighty.ai.
Go to loginHow do I invite someone to my team?
An owner can invite people from the Your team section in Settings. Enter their details and choose the appropriate role. The recipient follows the invitation to join your business.
Team access belongs to the business they are invited to. Inviting your crew does not add a per-user charge.
Where do I review work that needs my approval?
Open the approvals inbox in your workspace. Review the proposed work and its context, then approve or reject it. Work that needs your say-so stays in the review flow until a decision is made.
Use your approval and automation settings to decide what can run within agreed rules and what should come back to a person.
How do I change what runs automatically?
Review Automations in your workspace. The rules you set define what can run, the limits it must follow, and when a person needs to step in.
Start with the oversight you want. As your needs change, review those permissions and limits with your team. Anything outside the agreed boundaries should come back with the context needed for a decision.
What if our services, hours, or processes change?
Tell us what changed and which locations or workflows it affects. Accurate services, hours, scheduling preferences, and escalation contacts help the team make the right next move.
Use Otto in your workspace for guidance on where the update belongs. If you need help carrying a change across workflows, include the new guidance in a support request.
What should I include when something is not working?
Include what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what actually happened. The business or location, the page or workflow, and the approximate time help us find the right activity.
If there is a specific call, message, or job involved, include its reference. A screenshot or the exact error text can help us understand the issue faster.
How do I connect the tools we already use?
Open Integrations in your workspace to review the available connections. Choose the relevant service and follow its authorization steps using an account with the right access.
We help confirm which tools and workflows fit during onboarding. If a connection is unavailable or you are unsure which account to use, ask us before changing the way your business works.
What should I do if a connection needs attention?
Check Integrations for the connection status and any message about access. If it asks you to reconnect, follow the authorization steps with the account that manages the relevant service.
If reconnecting does not resolve it, note the provider and the message you see, then request help from your signed-in workspace.
Where can I see my plan and usage?
Open Usage in your workspace to review activity against your allowance. Owners can review billing information from Billing.
Every usage level includes the complete team, all nine roles, onboarding, and ongoing support. The usage allowance changes with the size of the plan; there is no per-user charge.
Who can help with billing or a different usage level?
An owner can review the business’s subscription and invoices in Billing. If you have a question about a charge or need a different usage allowance, contact us from your signed-in workspace.
Include the business, the invoice or billing period if relevant, and what you would like us to look at. For a larger operation, we can discuss usage scoped around your workload.
Let’s try another way.
Try a different phrase, choose another topic, or bring your question to chat.
